Do I have to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the items — an open garage, a side gate, the curb, or a key with a neighbor or property manager — we'll take care of it and text you a photo when it's done.
How does pricing work?
By how much room your stuff takes up in the truck, not by the hour. Very heavy material like concrete, tile, or dirt may be priced separately. You get the price before we lift anything, and asking is free — text a photo to 727-564-1984.
How fast can you get here?
Often same-day or next-day. Call or text and we'll tell you the earliest window we have open.
Do I need to drag everything to the curb first?
No. Leave it where it is — upstairs, in the attic, behind the shed. Point at it and we do the rest.
What if there's more than I told you about?
It happens all the time. We'll quote the extra on the spot, before it goes on the truck, so there are never surprise charges.
Do you take single items?
Yes. One couch, one fridge, one mattress — it's still a job to us, and it's usually the quickest one of the day.
What can't you take?
Paint, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, fuel, asbestos, and medical waste. Not sure about something? Text a photo and we'll tell you right away.
What happens to my stuff?
Anything still usable goes to donation when we can find it a home. Everything else goes to the proper county disposal and recycling facilities — nothing gets dumped where it shouldn't.
Do you do moving too?
Yes — local moves, loading and unloading, and single-item pickup and delivery anywhere in our service area.
